The first time i saw you
You made my heart melt
We had a great relationship
And talked about everything we felt.

Things were going great
You treated me like a queen,
You would do anything for me
You were NEVER mean.

Then a year or so later
Things started to change
Your feelings for me seemed
They were changed, or rearranged.

So my careing feelings
Started changing too,
I don't know what it was
But something had me still liking you

Maybe it was the fun
Things we had done
We were together so long
You were my sun.

Without you i didn't
Think i could live.
Obviously you didn't
Care whether or not i did.

You left me abbandoned
In the toughest time of my life
I could have given up
But i decided to fight

Now i know that without you
i can do anything
you kept me from living my life
but now i can spread my wings.

these wings will take me
where ever i want to go
but the past and what has happened
will always be close to follow

you can live your life
and i will now live mine
and i know soon that
everything is going to be fine.

Untill i am fully recovered
from what you've put me through
i will do everything in my power
to keep myself from lovin you.

You can't control me
Just let me go
I still do have feelings for you
But i will not let them show.
