To fail me

I am not your face-less doll
To place me where you deem
I scream my voice for all to hear
To awaken the blasphemy that you reap

No man or god controls my life
I tread the paths most feared
Breaking free of all that's false
That countless children held reveared

Fuck you, I'm no puppet
I've cut away my strings
Walking free besides your hate
So what will all your shouting bring?

Fallen faith so far mistaken
I knew the truth behind your lies
Loving father I'm now forsaken
I revel to hear your ceaseless cries

It wasn't me that came to this
My life forged me in pain
Almighty father, where was your love?
Did you care of my needs to be saved?

So now I walk into the darkness
Perhaps to my heaven or my hell
The devil is waiting to recieve what's forgotten
Because your greatest son was shown to fail.
