Your First Love

He kissed my lips with such warmth and love,
I felt the heaven and angels come down from above.
We loved each other with all our heart,
but now everything is breaking apart.
Ever since you said good-bye,
I've been praying to god that I could die.
You think your just playing,
but you don't know the meanings to what your saying.
You said we would always be,
now if you could only see what I see.
I think of you day and night,
thinking of what you said to me in our last fight.
I can't take this pain anymore,
I grabbed the knife but then threw it on the floor.
You'll never know how much you meant to me,
but in a little while you be able to see.
It's a shame to go,
but you have to know.
I wrote this letter so that you could see,
that the game you play actually worked on me.
I hope you ask yourself "what have I done,"
because here comes the prize you just won.
I love you now even though your just a friend,
but don't ever think that this is the end.
I know you think you don't need me,
but just wait a little while then we'll see.
I'm standing in my room with a knife in my hand,
I'm really gonna do it can't you understand?
I thought it would last I swore on my life,
so what am I doing here holding a knife?
So I'm saying good-bye for one last time
and I'm making "I love you" my last rhyme.
