She whispers in his ear again
"What a lovely shade of gray,
Forget about your problems!
Why dont we break away!"

He looks at her so peevishly
And this is what was said
"I would my darling but you see
My wife would strick me dead!"

The she sees his lust with in
Behind his shadowed eyes
She turns to him and says again
"But I really hate goodbyes."

Then he turns his head to her
And whispers in her ear
"I'm sorry my love but I must go,
But we will have our year>"

He walks away once again
Leaving her heart pains
Theres nothing left but memories
And on her face tear stains
