We Are The Ones...

We are the ones, with a love for a drug,
Passing life by with a smile and a shrug.

We are the ones, who seek and destroys,
Playing with lives like they were just toys.

We are the ones, who hide in the light,
Forgetting the difference between morning and night.

We are the ones, who cause all the pain,
Blaming all those, “who make us insane”.

We are the ones, that when we are here,
Everyone says; that trouble is near.

We are the ones, who just can't slow down,
Swimming in chaos, so deep that we drown.

We are the ones, flushing life down a drain,
Proving ourselves “...there is nothing to gain”.

We are the ones, blaming family and friend,
Clearly you've seen, That’s our favorite trend.

We are the ones, that push you away,
Afraid of the heartache we could never repay.

We are the ones, which hurt deeply inside,
Blind to the reasons we’ve curled up and cried.

We are the ones, who need help with our soul,
Death and destruction is not our goal.

We are the ones, who’ll reclaim what is ours,
Continue this path…and we’ll end behind bars.

We are the ones, that can’t let you fight,
This is our battle! We must use all our might.

We are the ones, with a drug that we hate,
Don’t worry, we’ll win; changing destiny and fate.
