I love you
I know I say this often
but I wonder if you know
how much meaning
there is behind
these 3 words

These 3 words
can't tell you the excitement
I feel when you appear
or the passion that overwhelms
me when we make love

These 3 words
can't let you in on all
the wonderful feelings and
thoughts that explode in my mind
or the secrets that are exposed
when you caress my body

You can't see and
these 3 words can never
express adequately
the image of the man
I see with my heart
sexy, handsome and strong

These 3 words
opened a passage
way to find love
your charm invited me in
your friendship gave me strength
your heart gave me refuge

But these 3 words
are all I have
for my friend
my lover
my life

I love you
