What a cool thing,
our time spent has been.
I'm not really sure,
how this will all end.
"End" is such a negative word,
and whether it'll come to that,
no one is sure.
But being with you,
has opened my eyes.
You're so different;
I don't have to be shy.
I lay on my bed,
singing little love songs,
drawing daffodils,
dreaming all along.
I never had to know,
what you looked like,
to know that it's quite possible,
we're two of a kind.
I get you,
and I think you get me,
and whenever we talk together,
it's just easy to be,
me.
So whether we're lovers in the making,
or just friends who spend a lot of time in the sun baking...
I'm glad to know you,
and I think you're pretty cool,
and right now everyone's saying,
I'm such a fool
...with a crush.
