Through the rain
Watch us go home
On a train
To be away
From all the hate
And sorrow
That creates
A nightmare of
Crying doves

Inside a room
Of passion and
Happiness
See us together
On a bed
Sleeping the good
Dreaming the better
Awaking the dream

And watch us cry
Of happy sun’s
Covering our sight
Watch the skies
Turn from blue to white
And the rose’s
From red to blue
Watch the streets
Turn from rock and plaster
To a silvery coat
Watch the trees
Fill the sidewalks
And a bright purple sunset
That we kiss under
And as we hold hands
To the golden river
Of the diamond fish
And bronze coral reef
As we swim
Into our hearts

Open your eyes
Kinda dizzy
You look around
And you see
That I’m missing
