Stuck in the sun
Too hot out here
Eggs scrambling
Corn popping
Ice cream water
Ice disappeared

Peanuts roasting
Fires burning
Forest into ashes
Ashes into dust
Wherever I go
I’m melted
Outta lust

Skin dripping
Tears gone
Wet armpits
Air conditioning on
Dog panting
Pool’s fun

Sunbathing streets
All is gone
Plants dried up
Dew never comes
mind burning up
Time slows down

Hot outside
Heated up
Skin burns
My times up
Hotter and hotter as
I grow farther and farther
Till I melt
