Reflections of my life
And all you've put me through
I wish you would notice the strife
that you've subjected me to.
You act like you love me,
You don't.
You act like you care,
You won't.
Have you not noticed that you created me?
You appoligize to me time and time again,
But it's not gone in my heart,
And I won't pretend.
If you loved me,
You'd change.
Did you think you could continue to be
in this life that is deranged.
She hoped you'd change,
When I came,
But you’re foolish acts
Pushed her away.
And you moved on without me
Living a God-less life.
It's been 3 years daddy
Since I last saw you
You don’t call, you don’t write
Where were you when I needed you?
When I was lost
When I didn't know what to do
It hurts you when I call him dad,
So I don’t.
But why shouldn't I?
He's the closest thing I've got.
Reflections of my Life,

I wish you would notice the strife

You could have given me love,
Before you gave me life.
But I guess that was too much.
I'll never have a baby book on the shelf
Or the Baby room collectables
Because when you should have thought of me
All you thought of was yourself.
I wish you could see
How you've affected me...
But the sad thing is,
You haven't.
