I sit here shedding silent tears
I know no one can see them

I sit here screaming my silent screams
I know no one can hear them
I know this is not a dream

I sit here saying silent words
I know there is no one there
I know I can't be heard

I lay here thinking silent thoughts
I know I am alone
As my every word rots

For I am invisiable
So no one can see
My pain is not physical
