Death's Kiss

Sitting in the dark,
Waiting to strike,
Sitting there,
In the lonley abyss,
Is death's kiss.
It's protected me for so long,
It's sheilded me from all pain,
It lets me see what I want to,
It's my only bless,
It's death's kiss.
This night is my grateful night,
The night I get away from everything,
This night it progresses forward,
This night it completes it's duties,
And gives me the final kiss.
As I rest my head,
My skin pale as snow,
It lays over me and takes my last breath,
With death's gentle kiss.
