She walked down streets
simple and plain
she was always hurt
but would never complain

she stood in the shadows
crouched to the floor
where she was tormented
and torn to the core

she went upstairs
and cried in her room
wishing she was gone
away from such gloom

she had no one to go to
no family or friends
so she sat alone
wishing for to end

that next day
she was not to be found
no one even noticed
she wasn't around

it wasn't heard
when the wind whispered her name
wasn't seen
when the trees did the same

the shadows were empty
but the floor would soon be filled
with the memoires
everyone killed

shen she returned
she was covered in blue
she returned to the shadows
the floor too

no one saw her there
or noticed when she didn't go
days and days past
as her breath didn't flow

the sun took the shadows
the earth took the floor
the rain took her
and what was left was no more

she was gone
nothing to remember
her wish came true
that day in September
