Run, run Alice,
As fast as you can!
For she chases not a rabbit,
But her fate that's at hand.

For she meets no catapillar,
or even a mad queen,
But runs to meet the man
who's love she must redeem.

So startled as she keeps running,
but gets nowhere,
For she drank the potion of minute faith,
Even though it read 'beware'.

Alice's wonderland has turned into her own nightmare,
But this same thing happens to everyone,
True value to overcome it is just to not be scared,
Though our lives don't as such a thrilling pun.

We are our own Alices,
We have our own mad queens,
We need to conquer this or it'll never end,
This might have more truth to it then you may have seen.
