Why is it
That I fall
And never rise

Is there
Anyone who
Truly cares

What is it
That carries
Me through life

How can they
Truly say they love
When those four letters
they don’t truly know

When will
This life
Begin to have meaning

Who will
Catch me
When the ground disappears

And I lose
All hope
Of what life I have

Who will
Stand there
And protect me

When all else
Fails and
I’m scared still

Who is going
To stand there
With me

When I get told
that I am losing everything
And I’m unable to speak

Is there going
To be anyone
To help me
When that time comes
