My Demise

I watch as the blood seeps into the carpet.
It rolls down my arm.
I watch it with such intensity.
I can feel it pour out of my veins.
I watch as my skin turns ghost white.
I can feel the color leave my face.
I feel so cold but so at ease.
I can’t feel the pain anymore.
It’s left.
Just like me.
