A forgotten battle-
One of many in a war.
A nation of tarnished crowns takes credit,
Bloodstained rights of our forefathers
burned into history.
A civil century of questioning-
separation of humanity.
Where coal-blackened men not rest;
we rest our beloved.
The past remains within.
Never to forget sacrifices of soldiers.
