The trouble with love is that it can tear you up inside and it makes your
heart believe a lie.

I swear that i would never love again,
but now I see that it wasn't love,
and that i was last in a thunder-storm of emotions.
All it was, was a crush.

I smile to make everyone believe that I am ok,
but really behind my smile lies a broken heart.
There is more to me,
than what you may see!

I have feelings too,
You may think of me as tough,
but in reality i get hurt pretty easily.

Through the thunder and the rain,
I saw a light.
It was the light of true love.
My sadness and darkness began to fade.
I was truly happy.

When I looked towards the west i noticed an impending storm.
My happiness was swept away,
and my heart was left broken.

That is the trouble with love.
Everyone tells me it will clear up,
and that I will find someone else.
But, what do they know?
They will never know how it feels,
to have your life surrounded by darkness that will never fade,
and to have your heart long for something you can't have!

If you didn't know before,
you should know now,
That the trouble with love is that it,
tears you up inside and makes your heart believe a lie!!!
