Trust

Trust is a word that is so valuable and treasured.
Trust is a feeling of such great pleasure.

To be trusted has such great pleasure
A pleasure that is so pure and sweet.

To be trusted is sweeter than roses
Sweeter than anything of the imagination

Without trust in a relationship
The bond that binds two into one
Will soon be lost.

How can a person be loved so dearly?
But not given the trust they deserve so very much.
Just how will this bond remain on solid ground?

For this my friend, my belief is….
If there is no trust, the love you now know
Will soon be forgotten.

The love you know now
Will soon be overpowered by the lack of trust
The love you have
Will be nothing more than just a simple companion.

Now my friend, my love, I ask this of you.
Is this something you would want to do?

For now you see why trust is so important to me,
So important in a love-bond
To be trusted is not an option it’s a must
Without trust there will be nothing more than just fuss.

My dear, please see I do love you
I do trust you.

I would love for you to truly trust me.
Do not just say you do but not show me you do

Words said to me show me trust is not in your mind
Not in your heart or soul.

For this is why I feel so blue
Trust is what I want and need as for I am true

I am true to you
But trust isn’t something I shall get
Because of this
There are times I need something just to hit

To hit out of pain
Out of anger
Out of sorrow

So my love
Do you see now why trust is a must in my book?
So please take a good look
And realize what all this took

Trust is something that should be given unconditionally
Not occasionally.


To love someone unconditionally
Not occasionally.


Well my love
I will close this
But please remember this in your heart
As for this is a rule that will never part


I love you! I trust you!
