It kind of feels like
It should be a movie or a famous play
Maybe something like Romeo and Juliet
But not quite
They way we hold feelings for each other
But try not to let it show
The way we try to close
Those feelings off for each other
But never can
The way we have to sneak around
Just to even talk
It kind of feels like
I'm in a movie or some sort of play
Like something that other people
Would watch for amusement
But it's not
It's our lives
Looking back
I wouldn't change it
Looking forward
I can't expect anything
But also everything
The way we hold feelings for each other
