I’m amazingly happy,
my heart is racing.
I spent time, happiness-chasing.
I think the tide is changing.

At this second,
I feel no hatred,
No doubt, or negativity.
I think the tide is changing.

Right now I’m joyous,
I’m singing songs,
I think good thought, unlike all year long.
I think the tide is changing.

I don’t know why,
I’m so suddenly new…
Maybe ‘cuz, I just met you.
I think… the tide IS changing
