why won't it go away,
this horrible sadness inside,
it is with me everyday,
for 5 months, i have only cried.

i keep all my feelings deep within,
a happy mask on my face,
prevents people from coming in,
i dry all my tears and don't leave a trace.
of the feelings i feel with each passing day.

i want to stop feeling this way,
but i have no where to go,
what will make this longing go away
i must stop putting on this show

i must stop putting on this show...
and let everybody know,
what's wrong with me,
and how no longer i want to be...
