So Many

I have to put all feelings for you aside,
I can't keep them close to heart,
Because it's tearing me apart,
The thought of me not seeing you anymore isn't just a thought,
It's a fact and it hurts me a lot,
The relationship we had made us close,
Something im glad i experienced un-like most,
So many places and things remind me of you,
And all the things you've helped me through,
Yo've changed my life and i've changed yours too,
You wree my first love and that will never change,
I said i loved you so much and that will stay the same,
You were such a big part of my life,
I loved the conversations about me being your wife,
So many things are changing now,
To get me through them i don't know how,
So many promises need to be kept between us,
You are still that one i trust,
No matter how old i get,
And no matter how many people i've met,
You have made such a difference in my life,
So many goals you un-knowingly made me set,
i know you just live a hour away,
But there was taht one promise about you being here to stay,
i guess some promises are made to be broken,
If you ever come back to visit,
Please dont come see me,
because tears from my eyes you will see,
So many times im going to have to tell myself to let go,
So many times i'll have to turn off the radio,
There can't be anymore listening to our song,
All it does is make my life seem so long,
I guess its okay to think about the good times we had,
Even thought i know in the end i'll end up being sad,
So please promise me this and make this one last,
Make sure you don't forget that i love you,
And don't forget about the past.
