I cannot let this get in the way
I have done nothing wrong
Iv thought it through and I mean what I say
But you just cannot see out of your conceited mind

I should not have to endure this pain
It was not meant to be mine
But you insist that you’re right again and again
And you push me down in the climb

You cannot see the world through a mirror
And lately that’s the only place you look
The end is only getting nearer
As time turns like pages in a book

Pictures and dreams last long after were gone
Stories can be passed down forever
Certain memories stand out from the others
But you won’t be given a chance to change the past, never
