The music of tears,
all around.
To my mind,
a dreadful sound.

I passed by doors,
that stood ajar.
The way out,
had seemed so far.

The white paint,
blinded my eyes.
And hidden in the walls,
were saddened sighs.

Bags of red,
hung so high.
To drip through a needle,
so one wont die.

A long the corner,
up ahead.
I heard a doctor,
"I'm sorry; he's dead"

Tears filled up;
I couldn't see.
My stomach turned,
I wanted to leave.

I walked toward,
another door.
I didn't want,
to be here anymore.

I turned the knob,
to room 82.
My heart had sunk,
when i saw you.

Lying down,
sheets stained red.
I sat down,
on the side of the bed.

Covered in blood,
I reached for your hand.
I walked so slowly,
as if stuck in sand.

I looked in your eyes,
filled with fear.
Dont leave me know,
dont leave me here.
