we sat, we talked, we drank a few beers
it felt like i knew you for years
two days later we enjoyed our first kiss
it was amazing, absolute bliss
we spent days and nights learning more
i was satisfied you were never a bore
you made me feel good in so many ways
who knew i'd have strong feelings in a matter of days??
it's not a feeling of love, just deep like
cuz i had fear deep down... like a child learning to ride a bike
i was full of fear that i'd soon fall
so i tried to keep myself against the wall
i tried to keep my heart from calling
it's a good thing, cuz in a week... i was bawling
you left me and in such pain
but you aren't a matter to make me go insane
we spent just a few weeks apart
i dreamt of you alot... you are always in my heart
