Ashamed, confused, all alone,
The story of my life.
Friends, family, school,
Things that cause me strife.

Wanting, waiting, hoping,
Things never to come true.
Succeed, accomplish, excel
Things I'll never do.

Pain, sorrow, grief,
Emotions that I feel.
Dreams, wishes, fantasizes,
Things never to come real.

Help, patience, comfort,
What I badly need
Time, energy, someone
To help me to succeed.
