Tears Of Poison

The raindrops of sorrow
can be so deceiving...
They sound so soothing
as they eat away at you.

The cooling dew
stings your soul
and it dribbles down your broken heart...

As it starts to rain harder,
it drowns out your happiness
and waters down your sense of life

Your misery then turns into a river
and you come to find
that is was really your own tears...
