April 14th was supposed to be a happy day .
we were going out to celebrate
as i awaken from the bed i seen blood
not knowing if i had a miscarriage
we rushed to the hospital
there was something terribly wrong
my babies were dying inside of me
they prepared me for a c-section
within a few mintues 2 3 month premature identical twin boys arrived
sick in this world barely alive
barely hanging onto life Ja'Kuan weighed 1 lb n 4 oz
and Ja'Quari having a better grip weighed 1 lb n 10 oz
my babies were small and no where near healthy
on life support oxygen iv's heart monitors bloodpressure machines brain scan
devices.. i cried
Ja'Kuan had a pierced artery in his heart .. he needed surdgery
we had a choice for him to try to make it or surdgery a 40% chance @ life
me the god-mom n mom helped me decide
we chose surdgery ..
a couple weeks later on a routine visit i was holding Ja'Kuan in the rocking
chair
i was holding him n he suddenly let out a big yelp then went FLATLINE
they tried everything but too late he died in my arms .........

this is dedicated to my lil boy Ja'Kaun.... mommy n daddy luv u
as for Ja'quari he gettin big n healthy home now n as cute as he can be
