Without you

I faintly remember
The smile on your face
When you look into my gray blue eyes
I hear stories
Of when you told my brother
That the older he gets
The more stupid he becomes
And then he replied
Then you must be pretty stupid
You chased him around with
The wooden spoon
Wacking him with every chance
You got
I remember having to scream
To talk to you
You were getting deaf as the time grew by
Now your gone
I wish I was there with you
Eleven years is too long
Without you
My mom misses you
I know I cry sometimes
Because I don't remember much
Please forgive me
If I do something stupid to get to you
I'd do anything
For you
My sweet, sweet grandmother
