Walking hand in hand
they ended up near the ocean side

they both stared in
and they looked into eacother's eyes
"this is how i want to die"

They kissed eachother softly
and made their wedding vows

They made sweet love
and promised
"together forever"

The tide grew strong
not nearly strong enough

so this is it
this is what they call love

since the day they met
they knew it was meant to be

from swinging in the school yard
to drive in movies
and graduation

a love so perfect grew
it was no imgaination

Now it would live in forever
in their hearts so true

As they rest their bodies
in the ocean blue
