You lied to me
Not just once but several times
You lost my trust completely
But yet you said you want to earn it back
Is that just another lie or is it the truth
You make promises each day to me
I know they will be broken over time
This happens with everyone I encounter
People often say just forgive and forget
People often ask why are you so depressed you have friends and family that
care
I need to be told the truth
I don't care if the truth hurts
It is what I need to hear on occassion
I thought you would never do something like that to me
Well I have learned everything is possible
I don't think you will ever have my trust back
