Retracing step by step,
Going back to the day,
When youcould play,
With a boy or a girl,
And no one would care,
But then we gre up,
ANd we went our ways,
We arent the boys and girls,
That we once were,
We've all grown up,
And we don't know,
Each other anymore,
We can't even look at each other,
We don't knwo each other,
We aren't the boys and girls,
We used to be,
We're to different,
When we pass each otehr,
You don't know me,
You act like we were nothing,
We're all grown up now,
We can't go back,
To when we'd climb trees,
Throw snow balls, fight,
And scrape our knees,
Fall down rollerblading,
Fall off our bikes,
And stay up laughing all night,
We're all grown up now,
You don't know me anymore,
To you I'm just a girl,
To me you're not even that,
You're just a person,
Those days are gone,
We can't have them back,
We're all grown up now..
