Another horrible day
Smashed glass
On the floor
Can’t sleep at all
One thing and then another
Plays in my head over and over
Tears rolling down
Blood shot eyes - - wide open
Afraid to breath
Stomach is empty
Don’t want to move
Scared of what might happen
Your reaction worries me
Mind keeps wandering
Places it’s never been before
Thoughts are getting worse
Just want to disappear
