Darken Rain

I was walking in the darkness of the night,
Just myself, the animals, and the strong wind.
I feel a storm coming on,
My walk gets a little springier.
I feel the first drop,
Than it happens,
The bottom lets go.
I run through the woods,
Rain hitting me in the face.
I stop, to find myself standing before a large flat rock,
I leap into it stretching myself out.
Rain hitting my face,
I fall into a deep sleep.
Than I awoke the next night,
Hoping that the darkness and rain could mix.
