I see your eyes hungry
i feel your heart yerning for mine
and know you want to love me

I know that you are waiting
waiting for me to agree
that you will be mine forever
and you will always be here for me

Your waiting for an answer
To seal the bonds in our hearts
but I cant close the gap just yet
because something is tearing me apart

I don’t want to get hurt
like the many times before
I don’t want to cry
and feel the tears hit the floor.

it seems that nothing ever works,
no matter how much your in love
it only matters how blinded you are
and how long you can keep your head above.

I know you don’t care
all you want is me
but you have to give me time
you have to let me breathe

I really do want to be yours
and have a place for you in my heart
I want to love you always
and never be torn apart

but right now I am contemplating
and wondering what i should do
wait for me just a little longer
and i will make your desire come true
