Alone I sit upon my bed
Looking out to the stars above,
A simple wish I want to make
A wish for us my Love.

I want to scream up to the heavens
For them to hear my prayer
I’m down on my knees asking why
My soul now stripped to bare

What pain I feel inside
Have you been up there watching me?
The nights I’ve laid and cried

Dear angels above I ask you this
Will my love come back to me?
Will he welcome me with open arms?
