Note: This poem is about some of my friends, each stanza a different one;
but I'm not really sure about it. Like I don't know if that's the title i
want or the topic it's about or if it's finished or how to finish it, so I'm
totally open for suggestions if you guys want. Thanks!

Cold blue eyes
bones beaten hard
heart still bruised
skin still scarred.
All she wanted
was somebody to love
she's left with hope
and one to dream of.

Faded grey eyes
fine hair to the touch
forgot how to trust
she's been hurt too much.
The big man ruined her
but Mommy wouldnt care
Daddy's far away
but her hope's still there.

Deep brown eyes
hair pulled back
pretending perfection
even though it's lacked.
Pressure is rising
while family breaks
yet a little hope remains
surrounded by heartache.

Lost black eyes
only stand out
'cause to everyone else
she has no doubt.
Big brother got wasted
Mom and Dad don't care
but deep in those cuts
hope lies somewhere.

Angelic green eyes
jet black hair
eyebrow ring
cheek bones bare.
Daddy's not nice
but drinking feels great
he just keeps hoping
that it's not too late.

Pure hazel eyes
can barely hide
the pain she absorbs,
the hurt confides.
Big sisters both failed
parents hardly forgive
and while she's drunk
a little hope lives.
