Shafts of sunlight cuts through the trees
as voices rise above the roar of seas.
Beautiful like the sound of bells,
hiding the malice behind the sounds.

Maidens in a circle dance,
calling out for death to come.
To take those
who invaded their land,
who condemned the Goddess
as just a sham.

Their pace quickens
and they softly hum,
a tune to keep their people
safe from harm.
The maidens laughed and screamed out loud
thank you goddess!
It is done!
