I remember being on that intersection
Turning to you i asked, "Were do you want to go now?"
You told me, "You decide."
So I drove straight ahead.
Took the darkest road of the three.
Holding hands we drove into that darkness you and me.
"What about there?", I asked.
Pointing to that darkened field.
All this time afraid that my heart you will steal.
But like that midnight summer breeze.
I let my fear pass away from me.
I remember the feel of the soft warm grass.
Talking there on that field as the headlights passed.
Music floated along the sky.
I remember being lost in those blue eyes.
Wondering if those thing you told me were lies.
But I didnt really care at the time.
All I remember was when you stole this heart of mine.
