I don’t have time to mourn
So I hold it all inside

My love is dead
Yet I must smile

My love is dead
Yet I must laugh

My days are spent sneaking tears
Within the confines of the company restroom

I’m being made to feel shame for my remorse;
My love is dead

I don’t have time to cry
So I swallow my tears
But every night I close my eyes
And hope I don’t wake

My love is dead
And I feel so hollow

My love is dead
And I’ll soon follow

I’m halfway there;
Dead inside

I’ll soon drown myself in tears
That I didn’t have time to cry.
