She is a smart girl who socializes with everyone
Others see a girl too hyper and talkative
Those who know her secret call her crazy
Mom and dad don't know and she won't tell them
Cleaning a needle with alcohol she scratches her skin with the needle
She's planning for a scar as a remembrance
She feels no pain
The only pain she feels is from her torn and battered heart
She cuts deeper and deeper
A drop of blood appears
She applies more pressure to the point
Blood flows slowly now
She's soaked into the adrenalin it gives her
She loves the rush
Her ankle says

LOVE

somehthing she can only feel, too scared to show
Scared for humiliation, more suffering
For now she hides her secret underneath the laughter and smiles
She conceals her true self underneath a person she disguises to be
Life is a stupid game to her
You have to win to succeed
One day she'll go too far for the rush, and end it all
But no one would know but her
Maybe the other side is waiting for her
The place you can only imagine
A place where you have no feeling
Someplace that anything is possible
Might be over the rainbow
Lately she slowly crumbles inside
Inside is swelling, crying, dying
No one knows her anger, her hate, her pain
Still she stays for what life is planing for her
Soon the wound on her ankle heals gradually
She still cuts others, always worst than the last
Sometimes just cutting over a scar
They all heal but leave a bad memory
The worst ones were gashes on her heart
"Time heals wounds", as they say
But wounds on her heart wil always stay
No one knows the truth about it
Cuz i don't think I could be that way
