Dear Mommy,

I don't know where you are.
I don't know why you had to leave.
All I know is you left behind the most
Important thing: me.

This lady here says she loves me
And that she'll always be there.
But what I really want, Mommy,
Is for you to care.

Why don't I ever see you?
Why don't you ever call?
And everyone says
That you don't care at all.

I really do love you
And I want you to love me.
I bet, that if we get together,
We'd make a good family!

You'll always be in my heart.
I'll just have to wait awhile
Until you come back to me.

Love,
Your long forgotten child.
