Sit and Stare

A sturdy man sits on soggy land
while slowly disemboweled by the lions hand
smear his pain across the floor
man ain’t nothing but natures whore

On a pedestal is where I sit
all around me peoples heads are filled with shit
now the lion lays in his bed
underneath him is my head
I am lost in the dark
the light consumes my malnourished heart
purple people fall from the sky
there superhuman, so divine
now the flies there every where
with million eyes just sit and stare

A fire grows inside of me
is that why they sit and stare
my eyes they are made of glass
is that why they sit and stare
my skin is tight not like there’s
is that why they sit and stare

We all fly into the sky
but my soul is left behind
the soap washes away the dirt
but nothing can erase the hurt
I am fake just like the vase
I desecrate the artist face
soggy sad and dressed with lace
another prostitute with a sorrowed face

Again the lion lays in his bed
underneath him is my head
I am lost in the dark
the light consumes my malnourished heart
purple people fall from the sky
there superhuman, so divine
now the flies there every where
with million eyes just sit and stare
