under the stars
You watched as the moonlight
guarded my dreams
You woke me for
the mornings rise
You held me as the
Sun lit the horizon

I lead you to
Simplicity
Where nothing could
worry you
Where burdens were
Forgotten
And dreams could happen
Where nightmares
were vanquished
By the peace that
you longed for
And finally
