The light of the moon
cascaded down her hair
she seems so unaware
of watching eyes and jealous stares
The wind picked up,
making her hair dance around her face.
she brushed down her dress
and pulled out the key to his place.
Inside she would find
petals on the floor
she thinks thats sweet
but doesnt know what is instore
He comes to her
and whispers sweet nothings
he gets on one knee
so nervous he's blushing
He asks the question
she's always wanted to hear
she says yes, yes i will
while brushing away a tear.
