How could you leave me?
Why did you go?
By pulling the trigger,
You robbed me of my soul.
Now that you're gone,
I don't know what to do.
I wish I could have said goodbye,
Because I truly loved you.
You taught me so many thing's,
And always made me smile.
But knowing that your gone forever,
Put's me in complete denial.
My life I would give,
To see tou just once more.
I've never had some one like you,
In my pitiful life before.
I can't help but to think,
That one day you'll be back,
But when I realize you wont,
I cry tear's of black.
I know it's not healthy,
And I know it's not smart,
All I want is for you to know,
You have a permanant place in my heart.
May your soul rest in peace,
And your pain may it end.
I can't take this torture,
You were my best friend.

(I wrote this poem due to the loss of my best friend Jack Kenneth Showle)
