Darkness all around me
No matter where I go
Sitting in a corner
Or walking to and fro

If I enter any room
In the darkness floods
Almost like the tears I shed
From the flowing blood

No matter what I try to do
It doesn’t seem to leave
Not able to see anything
All I must do is believe

After time your eyes adjust
To the shades of light
It no longer seems full of darkness
Only a world destined to night
