How can it feel so true?

Why couldn't you know who you needed to be?
How the hell can I feel so down?
How can I only sit here and frown?
Why am I so sad?
Why do I feel so mad?
How can I just slit my wrists?
How can I break this?
Why do I always make it here?
Why do I have all of this fear?
How the hell can I miss you?
How the hell can I tell you?!
