What you give me now
I give you back equally and more.
What you have given me
I hold to my heart.
Through all that we have been
Through, I find myself looking back.
It is these memories, and experiences
That link us as we are.
For it is what you provide
That I share with you.
I humble myself always,
But you always credit me.
I say you give me more
Than I deserve, claiming that
You made it that way as well.
And you give that look that
Always tells me to stop arguing.
In the end, and still to come
What you give to me
I will always repay ten fold
